Your client base will be varied but will include fashion, publishing, technology and food and drink. The workload will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters in the UK, EU and around the world, including the filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, trade mark clearance programs and trade mark oppositions and cancellation actions, as well as advising on trade mark infringement and passing off.
