Qualified Patent Attorney

Candidates must either have EPA and/or CPA qualifications, take an energetic, business-minded approach, and preferably, will have had experience of working in industry. A good degree in one of the following disciplines is essential: Biology/Biotech/Biochem, Chemistry.

You will be working closely with ground-breaking, leading-edge scientific developments in Pharma, Fuel Cell Technology, Molecular Biology, Gene Therapy and DNA with clients across the UK, Europe including international work in the US. The work is exacting, exciting and career building and requires the highest professional standards.

Part Qualified/Qualified Patent Attorney
Mech. Eng./Electronics/ Physics

Candidates must either have part or full EPA and/or CPA qualifications. Commercial flair and acumen and a good degree in one of the following disciplines are essential criteria: Mechanical Engineering/Electronics/Physics.

Candidates will work with UK SMEs, many that are spin- outs from Oxford University. Assignments will involve varied direct client contact work with investors in client companies, drafting prospectuses, challenging infringements, undertaking prosecutions, identifying

patent potential, reviewing competitor activity, monitoring, drawing up of licences and general IP advisory work.
