Dual Qualified Patent and Trade Mark Attorney – Halifax
Dawn Ellmore Employment are pleased to be working with this reputable firm on an exclusive basis to assist with their search a dual qualified Patent and Trade Mark Attorney. The successful candidate will play an active part in the management, maintenance and growth of the firm’s existing patent and trade mark portfolio, in addition to carrying out the day to day management of the firm’s UK office.
In terms of patent work, attorneys with a technical background in the physical sciences and/or engineering would be well suited to the portfolio of work that is on offer. The overall portfolio has an approximate 50/50 split between patent and trade mark work, and as such applicants will need to be equally enthusiastic about both aspects of the workload. In addition to taking over the existing portfolio of work, the successful candidate will be expected to devote a significant amount of time to marketing the firm to new UK based clientele, and developing new business links. You can expect to work closely with the Partners of the firm who are based in Germany, and there will be opportunities to travel to Europe on a regular basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm where you input will be significant in terms of developing and growing an existing practice, whilst also being instrumental in the further development of the company as a whole. Please get in touch to find out more!
