Biotech specialists: 1 x Trainee Attorney, Manchester and 1 x Part-Qualified / Newly Qualified Attorney, Manchester or Cambridge.
Our Life Sciences group continues to grow and we have exciting opportunities in our Manchester and Cambridge offices.
If you are wishing to train to become a patent attorney, or are a part-qualified or finals standard biotech specialist looking to join a progressive firm, we’d like to hear from you. Applications from more senior candidates will also be considered.
You will be able to get involved in a wide variety of direct client work from day one including, drafting, prosecution, due diligence in addition to providing advice on infringement and patent strategy.
A key aspect of this role is the willingness and ability to take on responsibility at an early stage. It is also essential that you are able to communicate directly with clients on complex matters. You will need to demonstrate the enthusiasm and drive to grow the practice and you will be given opportunities to represent the firm at industry events. The ability to work well in a team is also essential.
