Anna creates and maintains details of individual members and their firms in the membership database. She also provides secretarial support to the Chief Executive, including organising Committee meetings and preparing paperwork for the various Institute Committees and the Council. She also responds to general e-mail correspondence, including questions submitted from the website. Anna is in charge of the organising and running of the CIPA Patents Clinics, which are held every Tuesday for members of the public.
