Competition Act 1998 - Draft IP Guidelines

The Office of Fair Trading has issued draft Guidelines under the Competition Act 1998 on Intellectual Property Rights

Comments on the draft Guidelines, which are available from the OFT website, are required by 28th February.

Members are requested to send to the Secretary of the Institute, by email or by post, their comments so that the Exploitation, Competition and General Laws Committee can prepare and submit comments on behalf of the Institute
