• Developing, making or changing the Charters, By-laws and Rules.
• Interpreting Charters, By-laws and Rules (other than Rules of Conduct) and reviewing, as necessary, individual membership applications.
• Preparing Guidelines on the observance of the Rules of Conduct.
• Advising Council and the Registrar on matters under the Register of Patent Agents Rules.
