All matters (except books) relating to professional education and training, including:

• liaison with the Joint Examination Board, ITMA’s Education and Training Committee, institutes of higher education and educational funding bodies, including the Intellectual Property Education Trust, both pre- and post-qualification;
• policy for the organisation of the educational seminar programme (liaising with the Social & Programme Committee on the timing of the programme); and
• supporting the Informals (a member of Council, customarily also a member of the Committee, is available to the Informals).
