Spurgeon Manuel Finance Manager

Spurgeon manages the Institute's money, operating the accounting systems and managing the Institute's cash flow. Subscriptions, invoices relating to sales and purchases of goods and services, management accounting, VAT returns and PAYE/NI returns are all part of his remit. He operates the payroll procedures, manages the annual audit; and monitors the management of the Institute's investment portfolio.
