The successful candidate will:

Draft, file and prosecute patent applications related to electronics and electrical engineering
Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses

Advise clients on IP strategy and portfolio management
Handle oppositions and appeals before the relevant patent offices
Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IP advice

Key requirements:

Qualified Patent Attorney with NQ-4 years PQE
Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Litigation experience is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
