Electronics Patent Attorney (Litigation Focus)
Salary: £110,000-£125,000
Experience: 1-3 PQE

Our client, a leading law firm with an exceptional reputation in the IP sector, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patent Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on patent litigation within the semiconductor industry, and the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage patent litigation cases, particularly in the tech sector.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on patent infringement, validity, and enforcement matters.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
- Collaborate with clients, technical experts, and internal teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in patent law and the semiconductor industry.
- Attend and participate in court hearings, trials, and other related proceedings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Patent Attorney with 1-3 years PQE.
- Registered to practice as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
- Demonstrable experience in patent litigation, preferably within the tech sector and specifically semiconductors.
- Strong technical background in semiconductors or related fields.
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
