Whether you pay renewal fees directly or use a third party service, renewal fees are still a very relevant part of patent practice. Most Paralegal’s will need to be able to advise clients of renewal deadlines, fee amounts and even potential extensions.

This webinar will cover the topic of UK and European renewal fees. In particular we will discuss the deadlines associated with renewals, including how to calculate those deadlines and whether extensions are available.

We will also discuss the impact of non-payment of these fees and  how firms can mitigate risk when advising of or handling renewal fees.
