Effective from the 1^st January 2022, the EPO’s existing web-based online filing service (known as CMS) has been decommissioned and replaced by the EPO’s new web-based filing service Online Filing 2.0, which was launched on 1 April 2021.

Online Filing 2.0 incorporates and improves the features of CMS, covers all procedures before the EPO, including procedures before the Boards of Appeal, and offers a more user-friendly interface.

This Webinar will cover the practical steps of using this new web-based filing service for the electronic filing of patent applications and other documentation.

Christina is a Key Account Manager and Patent Administration (PA) expert. She has worked with the EPO since 2003 in different positions and has been a PA expert for more than 13 years. Since 2015 she is a Key Account Manager and has participated in various projects around the EPO’s Online tools and services, including the technical implementation of the Unitary Patent.
