Everything a Paralegal needs to know about the EPO’s new version of its online filing tool

Effective from the 1st January 2022, the EPO’s existing web-based online filing service (known as CMS) has been decommissioned and replaced by the EPO’s new web-based filing service Online Filing 2.0, which was launched on 1 April 2021.

 

Online Filing 2.0 incorporates and improves the features of CMS, covers all procedures before the EPO, including procedures before the Boards of Appeal, and offers a more user-friendly interface.

 

This Webinar will cover the practical steps of using this new web-based filing service for the electronic filing of patent applications and other documentation.

Christina is a Key Account Manager and Patent Administration (PA) expert. She has worked with the EPO since 2003 in different positions and has been a PA expert for 20 years. Since 2015 she is a Key Account Manager and has participated in various projects around the EPO’s Online tools and services.

She has accompanied the roll out of MyEPO to the user community since its launch.
