China and Hong Kong has many changes in the last few years on patent practices. For China, the 4th revision of the Chinese Patent Law has passed, introducing patent term adjustment, drug patent term extension, drug patent linkage, partial design, many changes in patent infringement damage determination, and so on. For Hong Kong, the original grant system was introduced. This webinar will cover these and discuss the impact on the best practice.

Responsible for publishing articles on China IP update for the UK CIPA Journal.
