• Transitional measures.
• The sunrise period (opt-outs).
• Procedural implications; forms, fees, and translations.
• An introduction to the Unitary Patent Court.
• A discussion of the possible advantages and disadvantages of the system.The webinar will be a pre-recorded one but Charlotte will be available to answer questions at the end.

Charlotte is the Director of Practice Operations at Slingsby Partners LLP. Charlotte holds a degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London and is dual qualified as a paralegal through both the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). Charlotte has also completed a postgraduate qualification in Change Management and Organisational Design from the Open University, giving her valuable insight into process improvement, team leadership, and organisational development.
