Protecting EPC membership in accession to the CPTPP: a message from Lee Davies

CIPA has welcomed the announcement in the last few weeks that the UK has successfully concluded talks to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) while respecting existing international obligations around intellectual property.

This follows more than 18 months of intense campaigning behind the scenes by CIPA with government Ministers and leading UK parliamentarians, UK trade negotiators and important stakeholders overseas.
