CIPA is greatly saddened to hear of the death of the UK’s third female patent attorney

We are saddened to hear of the death of Sheila Lesley OBE.

Sheila was a former fellow of CIPA, a former President of CITMA and was the UK’s third ever female patent attorney.

Sheila’s funeral will be held at St Saviours Church, Kings Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex at 12 noon on Friday 13th December. There will be a service at Southend Crematorium, Sutton Road, Southend at 1.20pm.

Refreshments will follow at St Saviours Church Hall, around 2pm.
