An overview of working statement filing requirements, and an important update on the changes to working statement rules in India. The session will set out what is needed when, and from who, along with some practical tips on managing the working statement process. This session should be suitable for anyone who handles Indian patent cases, or is keen to learn more about this aspect of Indian practice.
