Agathe represents clients in major UPC litigation as well as cross-border patent litigation. A UPC representative admitted to the German and French bars, she has litigated patents in France, the UK, and Germany, and has represented clients in EPO oppositions for over ten years. Drawing on that experience, Agathe understands the practicalities of a successful litigation strategy when it involves judges coming from multiple countries which is key at the UPC. She’s been leading cases from day 1 at the UPC and has experience in both LDs and CDs as well as at the Court of Appeal. Agathe is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Carpmaels.
