The 143rd Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute will be held on Wednesday 5th November 2025. The AGM will take place immediately after the Council meeting scheduled for that date and will take place at Viaro House and online, by videoconference. The AGM will commence at 5.30 pm, with access to the Zoom waiting room available from 5:15 pm.

The President of the European Patent Office, António Campinos, will be in attendance and will give a presentation following the AGM.

In person – To attend this event in person, please select this option when booking. Space is limited, and once capacity is reached, this option will no longer be available.

Online – To attend this event via webinar, please select this option when booking. A link to join the AGM will be sent out the day before, and the waiting room will open at 5:15 p.m. on the day.

The presentation by President Campinos will be available to members online and will be recorded for those unable to attend live.
