Fran is a UK and European Patent Attorney working in the Engineering and Designs group at Boult Wade Tennant LLP in Cambridge. She has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. Fran works across a variety of technology areas including food technology, medical engineering and aerospace engineering and has particular interests in both design protection and plant variety rights.
Felicity Wade-Palmer, Gowling WLGFelicity Wade-Palmer, Gowling WLG
Felicity is a Senior Associate in Gowling WLG’s Intellectual Property team in London. She advises clients on how to best protect, enforce and exploit their intellectual property rights. Before becoming a solicitor, Felicity studied Biochemistry at the University of Liverpool. Since qualifying, Felicity has completed the University of Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice. She works across a full range of intellectual property rights and has a particular interest in life sciences.
