New IPReg Chief Executive announced

We are delighted to see the announcement that Jay Parmar will join IPReg as its new CEO on 18 March 2026, as Fran Gillon retires on 31 March 2026.

CIPA Chief Executive, Lee Davies, said:

“We welcome Jay to the world of intellectual property. CIPA enjoys a positive and productive working relationship with IPReg, forged by the connection between the chief executives, and I very much look forward to working with Jay as he learns the ropes and builds on Fran’s achievements and legacy. We wish Fran all the very best in her retirement. Fran’s leadership of IPReg has been exemplary and, with Lord Chris Smith, she transformed IPReg into a modern, impactful regulatory body.”
