You will be a core member of our team, with the responsibility (and the support) to:

• Help manage our global patent portfolio, including filing applications, maintaining cases within our systems and managing deadlines.
• Communicate with our clients, foreign associates and patent offices.
• Handle recordals, assignments and other formal matters.
• With appropriate training and guidance, support our attorneys with professional work (for example preparing amended claims, response instructions and the like; reviewing responses as filed for compliance with our instructions).
• Help build, refine and use our proprietary AI agents, from shaping the workflows to testing and validating their output. No coding needed, just curiosity and good ideas.
• Contribute to wider firm projects, including marketing and other initiatives.  

This is a role for a patent paralegal ready to take on more responsibility and grow with us. A CIPA qualification is advantageous (but not essential). Legal qualifications and/or a science background are also a plus. You will be excited about using modern systems. We will provide training but are looking for a candidate who has a tech-forward mindset. Importantly, you will be a motivated team player who is excited at the prospect of working in a supportive, creative environment.
