Sustainability in IP, an issue of ever-increasing importance, extends far beyond environmental responsibility. It encompasses the resilience of IP strategies and business practices, including how IP can be developed to realise long-term commercial value and how the IP sector can adapt to continue adding value in a fast-changing world.

CIPA Congress 2026 brings together in-house counsel, judges and private practitioners to examine how we can respond to the challenges of AI, regulation and deglobalisation while continuing to deliver value for our clients, our businesses and our society.
