IP Paralegals Committee

The IP Paralegals Committee supports and represents the interests of IP paralegals within CIPA and beyond, fostering a strong and inclusive community. The committee oversees training, professional development, and qualifications for IP paralegals, ensuring access to high-quality learning opportunities at all levels. It also advises CIPA Council on matters relating to paralegal membership and implements Council’s directives. Additionally, the committee organises the annual IP Paralegals Conference and manages key initiatives, including the introductory and the advanced paralegal courses, the webinar programme, and contributions to the paralegal section of the CIPA Journal.
