Finance and Credit Control Officer
Zoie is our Finance and Credit Control Officer and joined The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys in February 2025.
Zoie is responsible for tracking and following up on overdue payments, resolving billing disputes in a timely and effective manner. She maintains accurate credit control records and regularly liaises with members, employers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
