The IP Commercialisation Committee provides best practice guidance, based on contact with industrial and academic communities, in relation to the commercialisation of intellectual property with a view to providing a resource with professional and practical experience of intellectual property to inform, assist, review and contribute to such commercialisation with a view to strengthening the provision of robust and well-informed advice relating to commercialisation in the field intellectual property, in particular patents. This work will be carried out in co-operation with other Institute committees where appropriate.
