Unified Patent Court Committee

The purpose of the Unified Patent Court Committee is to:

1. Promote Chartered Patent Attorneys’ activity before, and influence in relation to, the Unified Patent Court (UPC);
2. Project Chartered Patent Attorneys’, and the wider UK IP profession’s, leading international role in UPC Representation; and
3. Act as a forum for discussion and the sharing of knowledge about, and as a centre of excellence in, UPC practice.
