This webinar will look at what to do if your client wants to complain about IP infringements on Amazon or is on the receiving end of such complaints, including the application of the statutory threats regimes to such take down notices. It will explain what Amazon’s Brand Registry is, what rights being on Amazon’s Brand Registry gives your client. It will also look at some other IP issues that crop up on Amazon.
