All change please?! Work schedules for employees, work location and flexibility, safety measures, system changes….CoVid has effected a profound change to our approach to work! To help chart these turbulent waters, CIPA bring together a superlative panel of experts to discuss the many interrelated factors to consider as we chart a path to establish a ‘new norm’. Whether you are an employee wanting to better understand your rights and interested in what’s happening elsewhere, to an employer looking to know more about different possible approaches to get the best results for all, jump aboard to hear Practice Director John Wade (GLE), and HR Director Jonathan Clarke give us the benefit of their the experience navigating through these times. They are joined by Richard Lucas (StreamlineIP) to give context from his survey work on the different approaches across our IP sector, and Elizabeth Rimmer Chief Executive of LAwCare with her top advice for keeping mentally well in these times of flux. One not to miss!
Elizabeth has been managing and developing charities in the mental health sector for over 20 years. She joined LawCare in 2014 from the Institute of Group Analysis, a membership and training organisation for group psychotherapists. Before that she headed up Alzheimer’s Disease International, a worldwide federation of Alzheimer Associations. Elizabeth started her working life as a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence, practicing at Leigh Day.
