Event Overview

Bullying and harassment in the workplace can lead to unhappy, unproductive employees and can severely effect mental health. If left unresolved, these types of issues can deteriorate and result in costly and time-consuming outcomes, such as disciplinary action and employment tribunals. Research has shown that six in ten people have either been the victim of, or witness to, workplace bullying and most organisations have procedures in place to deal with it when it occurs. This webinar explores what constitutes bullying and harassment, the difference between bullying and banter and your responsibilities. You will be given practical advice on how to identify, prevent and deal with bullying and harassment in the workplace and what you can do to help cultivate an inclusive culture where unfair treatment is unacceptable and everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
