The CIPA Informals committee are pleased to announce that the in-person visit to the UK IPO is back up and running this year! This will provide a great opportunity for trainee attorneys to see inside the UKIPO and meet examiners. The visits will include the following topics:

– An “introduction to the IPO” talk;
– A lecture on Excluded Matter;
– At the desk sessions with examiners where they will go through the software they use and how they go about their job;
– A Claims Drafting Workshop
