The CIPA Informals committee are pleased to announce that the in-person visit to the UK IPO is back up and running this year! This will provide a great opportunity for trainee attorneys to see inside the UKIPO and meet examiners. The visits will include the following topics:
– An “introduction to the IPO” talk;
– A lecture on Excluded Matter;
– At the desk sessions with examiners where they will go through the software they use and how they go about their job;
– A Claims Drafting Workshop
Each day is limited to 25 attendees. If you would like to attend this event, please book online now by Wednesday 31 May 2023. Once you have booked on to the event, we would appreciate if you would complete this survey.
