Carl has extensive experience of advising on the employment aspects of complex transactions, outsourcings and restructurings, often involving an international element. Carl is also well-versed in the handling of sensitive investigations and matters requiring dispute resolution, providing strategic advice from the earliest stages all the way through the litigation process.
Carlene regularly advises clients on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has experience in advising on discrimination matters, TUPE processes, enforceability of post-termination restrictions, equal pay complaints and on day-to-day grievance and disciplinary issues. Carlene has acted for clients involved in high value and complex claims in both the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and has defended various claims including trade union detriment and disability and race discrimination claims.
