Thursday 26 October
There are a multitude of ways in which clients can tell us they want us to “drop” a case. Unpicking what a client means, and how to best put those instructions into effect is not always straightforward. In this webinar, aimed at paralegals and IP support staff, we will cover all the different ways we can “drop” things at the EPO (and elsewhere) without dropping the ball – covering withdrawal and abandonment of applications (in whole or in part), oppositions, appeals, and patents.
Paul Dunne is a Patent Attorney at Mewburn Ellis LLP, working within their Chemistry Team. He has a particular focus on opposition and appeal work at the EPO, across a range of different technologies. Paul is especially interested in sustainable technologies in the chemistry field, and keenly follows developments relating to green polymers.
