After its successful return last year, the IP Ball is back again for 2023! The IP ball is an annual charity ball held in London for IP professionals of all disciplines, raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital. This year the IP ball committee would like to welcome you to A Midsummer Night’s Dream-themed event held on Saturday, 15th July at the Wren & Shakespeare Suite, Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s. The evening will commence at 6:00pm and include a three-course dinner, drinks and entertainment.
Opportunities to donate to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity will be available throughout the evening – most notably through the raffle.
Raffle prizes include experiences like cocktail making classes and a premium top prize to be announced on the night. In addition, the IP Ball will host a silent auction for the very first time, giving attendees the opportunity to bid for extra-special prizes. The evening will be accompanied by exceptional live musicians, and after the raffle has been drawn a DJ will encourage you all to dance the rest of the night away!
Ticket Information
Tables will be for between 10-12 people and can be reserved during booking. It is essential to place the name of the firm, or the names of other attendees you would like to sit with, in the ticket information section for each guest to ensure the tables can be grouped together as best as possible. Tickets without this information will be assigned to a table at random. Groups of less than 10-12 will be grouped together as necessary to form a whole table.
Please use the ticket information section when booking to inform us of any special requirements, including dietary requirements and seating requests, etc.

Please note that there will be a photographer taking photographs of the event on the night that will be used on our social media. Please let [email protected] know if you do not want to be in any photographs or for any photographs containing you to be used on our social media.
