IPReg’s approach to complaints handling and enforcement

16Jun

In this webinar, we will be looking at the types of complaints IPReg commonly receives about attorneys and firms, and how we investigate and progress them through the disciplinary process. We will provide guidance about how attorneys can reduce the likelihood of a complaint being escalated to IPReg, as well as advice on what attorneys can expect if such a complaint is made.
