IPReg’s Education Review is focused on how qualification routes into the patent attorney and trade mark attorney professions remain high-quality, accessible, sustainable, and responsive to changing professional practice, consumer and employer needs. We’re keen to gain your input to the Review through our Call for Evidence and Feedback.

For more information, including on responding to the Call, please visit the IPReg website. The Call will close on 30 April. A consultation on Review proposals is due to open by the end of the year.

The Review is relevant to all members of the attorney professions: at all career stages, and in all sectors and settings. It also needs to be informed by consumers, employers, and those who provide and contribute to qualification routes.

The webinar will cover:

• The Review’s scope and purpose
• The four key themes that form the focus of the Call:
  • Changing practice needs
  • Learning and development cultures
  • Exploring the integration of professional experience, learning and assessment qualification routes
  • Widening entry to the professions.
• How to respond to the Call, either as an individual or as an organisation

There will be a Q&A session at the end, which is your chance to ask questions. Any questions that aren’t addressed during the session will be responded to afterwards.
