Oppositions before the EPO can be difficult and tough to manage, but that doesn’t mean they are impossible to resolve. This webinar will be tailored for individuals who want to learn what oppositions are, why they are important and what Paralegals can do to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. All questions are welcome for a session of reflection.

Question – Could you please remind about the consequences of missing the non-extendible deadline for filing the translations and paying the republication fee there is no appeal of the decision on opposition?

Answer – EPO sends another invitation, setting a 2-minute time limit. If still not done, the patent is revoked.
