Alex is a Partner at Venner Shipley LLP and is UK and European Patent Attorney and a European Design Attorney. In the field of designs, Alex has extensive experience of advising on registered and unregistered design protection, handling registered design applications before the UKIPO and EUIPO, as well as managing worldwide filing programs. Alex also has extensive experience in advising on the protection, enforcement and infringement of both registered designs and unregistered design rights in the UK, Europe and Internationally.
