Event Overview

Patent insurance is now an affordable risk mitigation solution but clients are unlikely to be aware it even exists. If an attorney knows their client is concerned about being infringed or being sued for infringing a third party’s rights, then this presentation will provide an understanding of how the policies can benefit them. Specifically, the type of exposures they cover, what is needed to get them on cover, the likely cost, how claims are made and the role patent attorneys can play in the process.
