As a Barrister and Senior Associate in the Transactions team at Carpmaels & Ransford, Simon Keevey-Kothari assists clients in obtaining and maintaining good, valid title to IP. For many years he has specialised in the restoration of patent and other IP rights which have lapsed unintentionally.
