Event Overview

As the dynamic economies of Southeast Asia continue to build manufacturing capacity in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to consumer electronics, patent infringement has emerged as a growing problem in the region. What options do foreign patent holders have to fight infringement in these important markets? In this hour-long webinar, IP experts from renowned Southeast Asian law firm Tilleke & Gibbins will outline the available enforcement routes (civil, criminal, and/or administrative) and border control procedures in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and share best practices gained from years in the field.
