This talk is intended for paralegals and other professionals dealing with the practicalities of obtaining and maintaining Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs) for medicines and plant protection products. It will cover the rationale behind SPCs, give an overview of the legislation that governs them, and how this is implemented in the UK.
