Event Overview

This seminar looks at the CIPA Training Manual and how it can be used to help trainee patent attorneys (and paralegals) enhance their learning and identify their training needs.

There will be an overview of the manual, including the range of topics covered, its structure and how it links with the IPReg Competency Framework, and the EQE and PEB syllabus.

An example of how a private practice firm is using the manual in it’s training programme will be looked at and two of the chapter authors will discuss their chapters.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and explore how the training manual can be used in different contexts.

The event will finish with refreshments.
