The RSC Law Group will be holding its annual and highly popular intellectual property law seminar on Wednesday, 8 November from 1pm at Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BA. Speakers will be discussing recent high-profile developments in the world of intellectual property law including in areas of law where IP plays an important role – all with a chemical flavour. Talks are planned on the use of expert witnesses, AI in drug discovery, data protection, trade secrets, and the latest updates in EPO case law. Speakers include CIPA Fellows Richard Davis (Hogarth Chambers), Sam Judge (Page White Farrer), Rachel Bateman (D Young & Co), Leon Harrington (D Young & Co), Michelle Pratt (Boult Wade Tennant), and Olivia Murray (Boult Wade Tennant) as well as solicitors Jamie Rowlands (HLK), and Katie McMullan (Hogan Lovells).
