Response to SIPO consultation on accelerated patent examination

SIPO (the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office) has issued a consultation on proposals for accelerated examination of patent proceedings.

The IP Attaché at the British Embassy in Beijing kindly offered to submit brief comments from CIPA’s Patents Committee, and the below has been sent as a result.
