Treeva Ltd is transforming how we generate renewable energy by turning overlooked airflow, caused by passing vehicles and trains, into clean, affordable power. Designed and founded by engineer Anjali Devadasan, Treeva’s innovative roadside and trackside turbines capture kinetic energy from transit corridors and convert it into off-grid electricity for infrastructure such as lighting, EV charging stations, and public safety systems.

The compact 2-metre turbines are uniquely engineered to handle the severe turbulence of roadside and rail environments. With energy efficiencies reaching 34%, more than double those of conventional alternatives, Treeva is redefining microgeneration. Unlike traditional vertical-axis wind turbines, Treeva’s solution is quieter, made with recyclable materials, and has a carbon footprint three times lower. Its streamlined form factor and ease of installation make it ideal for urban deployment, with a rapid one-year payback period.
