She has particular expertise in the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of IP rights, as well as a distinct specialism in copyright issues in the context of software, the Internet, and databases. Her sector experience includes shipping, energy, financial services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. She also specialises in contractual issues related to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture about which she advises international non-governmental organisations. Lucy is based in Milan, Italy.
