In June, a special edition of the CIPA Journal focused on diversity and inclusion, with the chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee Greg Iceton (Fellow) as guest editor.
A wide range of topics were featured including: mental health first aid; gender stereotypes in legal writing; faith at work; tips for LGBTQ+ allies; how to harness the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace; and an in-house attorney’s perspective on diversity and inclusion. Updates were also provided from the IP Inclusive network along with some recommended diversity and inclusion reading.
